The match had been due to start at 4pm on Sunday but kick-off has been put back until 4.30pm after Louis van Gaal's men found their preparations disrupted by a late arrival.
At 3.45pm, Spurs tweeted that the match will now start at 4.30pm, as the coach finally arrived.
The north London side tweeted: "UPDATE: @ManUtd have arrived so kick-off is confirmed as 4.30pm. #COYS"
Spurs go into the clash looking to keep their title hopes alive while United are attempting to keep their Champions League charge on course.
Leicester currently lead Tottenham by 10 points.
