Tottenham are planning a £10m bid for Ivory Coast striker Seydou Doumbia according to reports today.
The 21-year-old currently plies his trade in Switzerland for Young Boys of Berne, but is being tipped to partner Didier Drogba at the World Cup for his national team.
Tottenham will likely face competition from Ruben Kazan and CSKA Moscow, who have already had £8m bids turned down for the striker who has netted 16 goals this season.
According to the report in the Mirror, Doumbia favours a move to the Premier League.
