Your support makes all the difference.Paul Scholes yesterday signed a one-year contract extension to stay at Manchester United until the end of next season.
Scholes came out of retirement in January and produced a number of impressive displays as United were pipped to the Premier League title by Manchester City.
In a statement on their website, United also confirmed that the goalkeeper Ben Amos had agreed a three-year contract extension.
Confirmation of Scholes' deal comes almost a year to the day since his retirement. The 37-year-old moved into a role with United's coaching team but he made his comeback in an FA Cup third-round derby victory over City on 8 January. He went on to make 16 Premier League appearances in the second half of the season, scoring four goals.
