From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. Tottenham have made just one change from the side that beat Swansea 3-2 in midweek and lost the Capital One Cup final last weekend as Ben Davies replaces Danny Rose at left-back for the Premier League trip to Queens Park Rangers.

Mauricio Pochettino has admitted in the build-up to the game that a fully-fit squad is forcing him to leave out a number of players in recent weeks which includes captain Yonues Kaboul, Emmanuel Adebayor and Etienne Capoue.

Andros Townsend, Ryan Mason and Nacer Chadli all retain their place after scoring against the Swans, meaning that Mousa Dembele, Erik Lamela and Benjamin Stambouli are all named on the bench.

19-year-old Furlong misses out with a calf injury, while Hoilett drops to the bench where he’s joined by academy products Brandon Comley and Reece Grego-Coz.
