From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

It’s a big game for…

Steven Naismith: Naismith has scored six goals in seven Barclays Premier League appearances against Chelsea. The Scottish international will have to be in inspiring form to help his struggling side who are without a win in their last six games and have only picked up four points at home this year.

Best stat…

0-1-4: In their last five meetings with Chelsea, Norwich have won none, drawn one and lost four. Norwich manager Alex Neil will only hope this does not affect his side’s attitude towards the game.

Remember when…

Last time Chelsea went to Carrow Road, the Blues cruised past Norwich in a comfortable 3-1 victory over Canaries.

Player to watch…

Eden Hazard: The Belgian looks to be getting back to his old self and played very well on Saturday against Southampton. Continuation of his form could help Chelsea achieve a high finish.

Past three-meetings…

Chelsea 1 (Diego Costa) Norwich 0, November 2015.

Chelsea 0 Norwich 0, Premier League, May 2014.

Norwich 1 (Pilkington) Chelsea 3 (Oscar, Hazard, Willian), Premier League, October 2013.

Form guide…

Norwich City: LLLLDL

Chelsea: DWDDWW
