Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has made three changes to the side which beat Swansea City in the club’s last Premier League fixture.
Matteo Darmian comes in for Phil Jones, who is not included in the match day squad after picking up a foot injury.
Bastian Schweinsteiger is also out and replaced by Marouane Fellaini, while Jesse Lingard starts ahead of Juan Mata, who is on the bench.
Youngster James Weir is also named among the substitutes.
Club captain Wayne Rooney will be hoping to score in successive games for the first time since November 2014.
