Manchester United take on Everton tonight as both clubs seek second straight victories in the Premier League.

Everton suffered a 2-0 defeat by Newcastle before beating Leeds 2-1 last week, and United shook off a stunning loss against Sheffield United and a goalless stalemate versus Arsenal by achieving a remarkable 9-0 win over nine-man Southampton.

As such, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Red Devils come into tonight's match second-placed in the Premier League on 44 points, three behind rivals Man City – who have a game in hand – while Everton are seventh-placed on 36 points, having played 20 fixtures in the division.

Prediction
