Manchester United and Manchester City meet again in the 169th Manchester derby on Sunday afternoon.
City have enjoyed the best of the recent encounters between the two teams, winning the last four on the bounce, and the last three at Old Trafford by an aggregate score of 2-11.
The last victory for Manchester United at Old Trafford came all the way back in February 2011, a 2-1 victory.
But there is hope for Louis van Gaal's team, who have won five of their six to climb above their 'noisy neighbours' for the first time in 499 days. After defeat to Crystal Palace on Monday, Manuel Pellegrini's team have now lost their last three away games in succession and are down in fourth, a point below their bitter rivals.
However, City still have a wealth of talent in their team and, even if they have been struggling lately, one can expect them to step up their level of performance for this crucial game.
But which players would get into a combined team if we were to mash the squads together?
The team has been selected, on form and quality, based on the below predicted line-ups:
Manchester United: De Gea, Valencia, Jones, Rojo, Blind, Mata, Carrick, Herrera, Young , Fellaini, Rooney.
Manchester City: Hart, Sagna, Kompany, Demichelis, Clichy, Yaya Toure, Fernandinho, Navas, Silva, Nasri, Aguero.
