Chris Smalling is certain to miss Manchester United's next match, which is against Crystal Palace on Saturday, having picked up two yellow cards.
His dismissal not only hampered United at the Etihad where they lost 1-0, it also means he is suspended for one game.
Marcos Rojo is also almost certain to miss the game against Neil Warnock's side at Old Trafford.
The Argentina international dislocated a shoulder sliding into a challenge during the second half. Whilst Rojo was clearly in a lot of distress, even needing oxygen as he was stretchered off, it's unclear how long he will be out for.
