Jordan Henderson and James Milner return to the Liverpool starting line-up as Jurgen Klopp makes two changes for the visit of Tottenham Hotspur to Anfield.

Fabinho and Adam Lallana drop out of the line-up which beat Fulham prior to the international break and are both named among the substitutes.

Joel Matip continues to partner Virgil van Dijk in the centre of defence, despite Dejan Lovren and Joe Gomez recovering from respective injuries.

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino recalls Toby Alderweireld as part of a five-man defence, with Kieran Trippier replacing Kyle-Walker Peters at right-back.

Heung-Min Son is on the substitutes' bench once again as Lucas Moura retains his place from the defeat at Southampton.

Eric Dier drops out of the starting line-up after picking up an injury on international duty with England, while Serge Aurier and Harry Winks are also unavailable.
