Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has handed John Terry his 450th Premier League appearance ahead of the visit to Hull City.

The Blues can go six points clear of Manchester City, with a game in hand, if they defeat Steve Bruce's Tigers at the KC Stadium.

Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic are the central midfield pair while Willian and Eden Hazard are on the flanks.

Hull are without Tom Huddlestone after the former Tottenham Hotspur man's red card against Leicester City last week while Nikica Jelavic is also injured.

In come David Meyler and Abel Hernandez for the hosts in their place.

Hull City: McGregor, Dawson, Bruce, McShane, Elmohamady, Robertson, Meyler, Livermore, Ramírez, Hernández, N’Doye.
