The Spain winger is rumoured to be impressing the Stamford Bridge management and it is widely thought they are ready to table a lucrative bid for his services.
But the 25-year-old's agent Mario Parri has claimed no firm offers have yet been received.
Speaking to reporters, Parri said: "Pablo has had such a sensational year.
"There is talking to be done at the end of the season and, while there has been interest from many clubs, Valencia have received no formal offers yet."
