Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp hails 'world class' Sadio Mane

Liverpool moved top of the Premier League table after beating Fulham 2-1 at Craven Cottage on Sunday.

Sadio Mane opened the scoring, with the forward striking from inside the box on the 26-minute mark, but the hosts hit back in the second half through a simple Ryan Babel tap-in.

The visitors looked on course for a disappointing draw but James Milner's conversion from the spot, after Mane was pulled down by goalkeeper Sergio Rico, saw Jurgen Klopp's men claim all three points.

Liverpool now sit two points clear of title rivals Manchester City, who have a game in hand having beaten Swansea in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Saturday evening.
