Fulham have completed the signing of striker David Elm from Swedish club Kalmar on a one-year contract.

The 26-year-old made 64 appearances for Kalmar, helping them win the 2009 Swedish Super Cup and 2008 league title, and has joined for a fee thought to be £500,000.

"I've enjoyed my time in Sweden and I'm now looking forward to a new and exciting chapter in my career with Fulham," Elm told the club's official website, www.fulhamfc.com.
