Francesco Guidolin: Having spent close to 30 years managing in Italy and a season in France, Francesco Guidolin was somewhat of a surprise appointment by Swansea. Swansea have taken their time to appoint there new man, and will hoping that he can pull them away from the bottom three positions. Swansea gained a much needed win against Watford on Monday night, Guidolin will be hoping to continue that momentum and keep the South Wales club out of danger.
