The Toffees began the season with a run of five games unbeaten, but they have recently been brought back to reality with defeats to West Ham and Arsenal.
They face a Fulham outfit in 15th place on Saturday, with manager Slaviska Jokanovic hoping to repeat West Ham’s triumph a fortnight ago. They will have belief going to Merseyside after coming from a goal down to snatch a draw against Watford last time around.
Fulham’s defensive solidity must improve from last weekend however if they are to claim their first league victory for a month.

It’s a big game for…
Alfie Mawson: The summer signing from Swansea had a torrid afternoon against Watford, gifting chances to Andre Gray and Roberto Pereyra and surviving a penalty claim for a challenge on Will Hughes.
The 24-year-old was also booked and misjudged a number of headers, epitomising the unsettled state of the Fulham defence, which Slaviska Jokanovic has changed for every game this season. The Serb will hope his new recruit can rediscover the form that saw The Cottagers splash £20m on the centre-back.

Best stat…
13: Everton have been victorious in all 13 of their Premier League home matches against Fulham. The aggregate score currently stands at 32-7 in favour of The Toffees and is the best 100% home record against any one team in the history of the league.
Player to watch…
Idrissa Gueye: The Senegalese midfielder was in commanding form in the first half at the Emirates, preventing Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey from really influencing the game. He could not raise their game once they had fallen two goals behind, but he will need to achieve a similar level of performance to halt the advances of Jean Michael Seri at the weekend.
