Chelsea must fight to keep 'special' Eden Hazard, says Graeme Le Saux
Belgium star's future uncertain as he struggles in front of goal, but former defender insists club must not let him go

Chelsea should be ‘absolutely desperate’ to keep Eden Hazard, according to former defender Graeme Le Saux.
Hazard’s indifferent form this season – he has yet to score for his club – has led to speculation that he could leave Stamford Bridge in the summer.
However, Le Saux, who made more than 180 appearances for Chelsea between 1997 and 2003, says the Belgium international is a ‘precocious talent’ who remains capable of lifting the team.
Le Saux, speaking exclusively to 888poker.com, said: “If you get him into the same frame of mind he was in last season then he is a special player who can be the difference.
“I’ve seen a lot of him this season and he has struggled but it’s not his work-rate that is letting him down or attitude or confidence in making himself available.
“In front of goal he has hit a wall and can’t score and it’s had an impact on the rest of his game.
“I just think he is a precocious talent and if I was in Guus Hiddink’s shoes every single day I’ve have a meeting with him to make sure he feels wanted. Not to mollycoddle him but if you can get him to deliver then the whole team changes. He’s that important. So I would be absolutely desperate to keep hold of him.”
