Arsenal vs Manchester United player ratings: David De Gea second best in battle of the goalkeepers
Arsenal 2-0 Manchester United: Player ratings from the Emirates Stadium

It was an afternoon of contrasting fortunes for the two goalkeepers as Arsenal beat Manchester United and handed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer his first Premier League defeat since taking over in December.
David De Gea was widely criticised for failing to react to the swerve on Granit Xhaka’s strike that wrong-footed the goalkeeper and put Unai Emery’s side into the lead.
The Spanish goalkeeper could then do little but guess as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang added a second from the penalty spot late in the game after Fred clumsily brought Alexandre Lacazette to the ground in the box.
By contrast, Leno was had one of his best games for Arsenal since completing a £19.3m move from Bayern Leverkusen in the summer.
‘Tottenham Hotspur, we’re coming for you’ was the cry from the home supporters as Arsenal moved above United into the top four and one point behind their north London rivals.
