From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Unai Emery looks close to adding Nicolas Pepe to his squad in a club-record £72m deal for the Lille star.

The Gunners are looking to rebound after missing out on a top four finish and losing the Europa League final to Chelsea, meaning there will be no Champions League football this season.

But the ambition is evidently there if Pepe arrives, while Dani Ceballos is an exciting loan addition.

The Real Madrid star could make his debut on Sunday, here’s how you can watch the Gunners in action vs Lyon.

The match is on Premier Sports 1 at 15:15 BST on Sunday 28 July at the Emirates Stadium.

Gunners fans can watch every pre-season friendly remaining on the TV channel, with a cost of £11.99 per month, available on Sky, Virgin and Premier Player.

The Premier Player allows fans to live stream the action on their mobile devices, available through Apple App Store and an Android App on Google Play.
