Antonio Conte has been announced as the next permanent Chelsea manager.

The Italian, who the Independent revealed last December was the leading candidate to replace Jose Mourinho, has signed a three-year contract.

Conte will lead Italy at Euro 2016, after which his contract will expire and he will then join the Blues.
