Manchester United's struggle to find a new midfielder has been well documented, but David Moyes has now come under more pressure from an unlikely source.

The fastest man in the world, Usain Bolt, who is a Manchester United fan, has urged the club to sign a playmaker.

The multiple gold medallist made the plea in a short video on his Instagram page, hoping to encourage his team to make a move before the transfer window closes.

Bolt said: "I'm big fan of Manchester United.

"Dave Moyes, we need a creative midfielder, one that can pass and create opportunities, right now. More control. Serious face."
