Tottenham play Sunderland tonight, but regardless if they get a result against the team currently bottom of the Premier League table, the word is Tim Sherwood will soon be out of a job.
Sky Sports are reporting that the former Premier League winning captain of Blackburn will be replaced at the end of the season.
It will be a short tenure for Sherwood if that is the case, having only replaced Andre Villas-Boas at White Hart Lane in December.
Chairman Daniel Levy is notoriously ruthless and with Tottenham's hopes of clinching a top-four place appearing over, despite an outlay of over £100m on new players during the summer, it appears Sherwood will pay with his job.
