Capello, 63, is believed to be the highest paid England manager in history with a reported £6.5million-a-year contract.
The Italian was wealthy before he took over the England job following successful stints as manager of AC Milan, Roma, Juventus and Real Madrid.
Ipswich boss and former Manchester United midfielder Roy Keane is in second place with £30m.
Keane heads a list of wealthy managers with Manchester United connections.
His riches outstrip those of his former boss Sir Alex Ferguson, the long-standing United manager, who, with a fortune of £24m occupies third spot.
Elsewhere the top 10 is dominated by foreign coaches, and in particular Italians.
Chelsea's Carlo Ancelotti holds fourth spot with £21m, followed by Republic of Ireland boss Giovanni Trapattoni with £18m.
Roberto Mancini, manager of Manchester City, is in eighth position with £13mn while under-pressure West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola is in joint 10th place with a fortune of £10m.
