Robinho considers legal action against Pele

Robinho is prepared to sue Pele over his claims that British football’s record signing has taken drugs.

The validity of reports from Brazil that Pele, in the course of defending his son against drugs allegations, said Robinho and his compatriot Ronaldo "had that problem" is yet to be established but the player said via his website: "If Pele does not come forward [with a retraction], he will have to deal with his comment in court."
