At the final whistle of last night's non-league match against fellow Ryman League outfit Bognor Regis Town, Tolfrey did his best impersonation of Eric Cantona by jumping over the hoardings to confront a fan.
A confused looking Bognor player looked on before Tolfrey was restrained by a mixture of team-mates, fans - including one sporting a beard and a baseball cap - and stewards as he grappled with the supporter.
The confrontation, which saw other supporters in the stand having to back away, triggered further ugly scenes with a brawl between team-mates of the two sides ensuing.
Eventually the players manage to clear from the pitch, with a still riled Tolfrey among the last of them to depart.

Police were called to the incident amid reports a fan punched Tolfrey in the face. A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called to a fight at Kingstonian FC around 9:45pm and we are currently investigating."
Kingstonian said in a statement on Tuesday: "Following the events from last night's Ryman League Premier Division match, Kingstonian Football Club is conducting a thorough investigation, whilst working closely alongside Bognor Regis Town FC, with whom we have an excellent relationship."
