Goncalo Guedes scored the only goal of the game as Portugal beat Holland to be crowned the first-ever Nations League champions.
The final in Porto was not a game for the ages as a match billed as a battle between the two captains, Cristiano Ronaldo and Virgil Van Dijk, was settled by Valencia forward Guedes on the hour mark.
The 1-0 win was enough for the reigning European champions to add the inaugural Nations League crown to their honours list with victory in front of their own fans. Re-live the action below:

Switzerland 0 - 0 England (5-6 on pens)
It was a lacklustre match, England didn't look like they'd concede but they couldn't score either.
It was a strong effort in the penalty shootout though with all the England men scoring their respective penalties.

Blind: We'll stop Portugal, not just Ronaldo
Netherlands defender Daley Blind knows all about beating a side that has Cristiano Ronaldo after he was part of the Ajax side that knocked Juventus out of the Champions League over two legs in the quarter-final.
He said the plan then was not to only focus on Ronaldo, and that Holland will do something similar tonight.
"With Ajax we planned to stop Juventus, not just Cristiano Ronaldo," Blind said.
"And it's the same now - we have to stop Portugal, not Ronaldo.
"Of course, he is a player who can make the difference, but we have to be prepared for all the Portuguese players.
"There are enough videos of Portugal's previous match that we can analyse.
"It's a great feeling to be playing the final with your country and having the opportunity to win a prize. It's different than when you play for your club.
"We've got a great group of players, all hungry for success. If you reach the end you want to win. It's the first Nations League, so we can write history by winning it."
