Goncalo Guedes scored the only goal of the game as Portugal beat Holland to be crowned the first-ever Nations League champions.
The final in Porto was not a game for the ages as a match billed as a battle between the two captains, Cristiano Ronaldo and Virgil Van Dijk, was settled by Valencia forward Guedes on the hour mark.
The 1-0 win was enough for the reigning European champions to add the inaugural Nations League crown to their honours list with victory in front of their own fans. Re-live the action below:

54 mins: Alexander-Arnold flicks another pinpoint ball into the box. Kane is the only England player waiting for it and he wins the header but sends it wide.
Danny Rose breaks quickly on the left he flicks it into the box and Schar knocks it onto his own post.

Shaqiri is struggling now, he limps to the side of the pitch and is replaced by Zuber.

Two quick passes from Kane and Alli split the Swiss defence and a good run into the box from Sterling creates a good chance for the Man City man.
But instead of hitting it first time, he takes a poor touch and loses the ball as it runs too far away from him.

75 mins: Kane gives the ball to Alexander-Arnold who puts another cross into the box. Sterling wins the header after getting a little push from Mbabu but he sends it wide.
Wilson comes on for Harry Kane.

78 mins: Zuber gets himself into another good position on the edge of the box but his shot is off target and misses the outside of the post.
Delph is brought down by Xhaka and England will have a free kick to put into the box.
