Full-time

Job done for United! A valuable win for Solskjaer thanks to a Fernandes brace and Cavani’s late goal. That will give the United boss some breathing space, although the key now is building on this and finding some consistency.

For Everton, it’s three successive defeats. Their strong start has been curtailed slightly.

Coleman turns Fred cleverly and then pulls back for Doucoure, who blazes over the bar. The quality hasn’t been there for Everton today.
