99. Lacina Traore (Ivory Coast)
The towering Ivorian has been mooted by some as the heir to Didier Drogba’s throne.
Despite links with a move to Liverpool, Traore left cash-strapped Anzhi Makhachkala for Monaco in January. The French side quickly loaned him out to Everton, with manager Roberto Martinez describing Traore as “a very talented footballer” and “ someone who would fit in really well in the role we want.”
After a quarter-final exit from last year’s African Cup of Nations, the World Cup represents a chance for the 23-year-old to establish himself as a household name.
Did you know: At 6ft 8in, Traore holds the record as the tallest outfield player in Premier League history – an inch taller than Peter Crouch.
