Wayne Rooney beat Sir Bobby Charlton's England goal record as Roy Hodgson's Three Lions beat Switzerland 2-0.

Rooney barely had a chance against the impressive visitors and looked like he would have to wait for his record, before Raheem Sterling was tripped late on.

Harry Kane had earlier put England in front, coming off the bench to fire in a Luke Shaw cross.
