The Leicester defender, who picked up a groin injury during the final warm-up games, was a bystander as Otto Rehhagel's side beat Portugal on the opening day and then drew with Spain to earn a quarter-final contest with France.
"It's difficult for the manager to change a winning side," Dabizas said. "It doesn't matter if I'm playing or not. We're a unit, not individuals. If the team is doing well, I'm happy if I'm playing or not."
The midfielder Giorgos Karagounis is available after serving a one-match ban, but Zisis Vrizas, whose goal in the 2-1 defeat to the Russians edged them past Spain into the last eight, is suspended after picking up his second yellow card.
