Fulham have struggled to score but have only lost one of their last three in league play, sitting 13th in the table. They host newly promoted Sheffield United, who have really struggled since their return to the top flight.
Indeed, the Blades have just one point from seven matches, a draw at Everton which has since been followed by three defeats including an 8-0 thrashing by Newcastle.

Fulham's 10 first-half shots have yielded an xG of 1.11 so far, while Sheffield United are yet to register a single attempt at the other end. If the hosts can make their dominance count in the second half, they could well end up cruising to victory here, unless the Blades can get themselves up the other end of the field and creating chances.

A goalless first-half sparse with chances comes to an end, sadly marred by that horrific injury to Sheffield United defender Chris Basham. 14 added minutes saw the first 45 extended to over 60, but in all that time, neither side was really able to produce much in the way of guilt-edge goalscoring opportunities. Fulham had the lion's share of these chances though, with Foderingham making a brilliant save to deny Willian, and De Cordova-Reid and Pereira both sending close-range efforts wide. Sheffield united have created next to nothing at the other end, and it'll be interesting to see how the Blades react to the absence of club stalwart Basham in the second half.

De Cordova-Reid and Willian combine down the right for the latter to drill a low cross into the box, but Carlos Vinicius takes a poor first touch and goes down under little pressure to bring the chance to an end.
