O'Neil will be pleased with his side's performance so far; even though Bournemouth let Fulham back into the game, they reacted well to being penned back and finished the half strongly. Fulham also responded well after the early goal, and Silva will be looking for a similar reaction again at the start of the second half.
Fulham vs AFC Bournemouth
Bournemouth take a 2-1 lead over Fulham into half-time. It took just 65 seconds for Solanke to break the deadlock, finishing off a one-two with Billing to volley a fine effort past Leno. Fulham reacted well though and Diop glanced in an equaliser from a corner, with Neto unable to keep it out. Seven minutes later, Bournemouth led again though, with Lerma rifling in a low effort and Leno also made a brilliant double save to keep out Lerma and Smith.
