Michel Vorm keeps his place, while Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen come in as Spurs attempt to book a place at Wembley for the first time since 2009.
Ryan Mason and Benjamin Stambouli return, while there is a fresh look to the back four following defeat to the Foxes as Pochettino reverts to the trusted quartet which kept a clean sheet against Sheffield United in last week's first leg.
Ahead of the game Pochettino reiterated that the club have full confidence in reserve keeper Vorm despite his howler against Leicester City in the FA Cup.
“As long as he comes through training, Michel should play,” Pochettino said. “We have full confidence in him. If we’ve got to the semi-finals of this competition, it is because he has played well.
“I don’t worry about what happened in the last minute against Leicester. This is football. In the first half of that game he made two big saves and for me, nothing has changed.
“His attitude is always fantastic and I am very happy with him. Things don’t change just because in one moment you concede a goal. Every player makes mistakes. It is unlucky.
