Yeovil beat Bradford City 2-0 on Saturday in the third round and the Somerset club, who are currently 21st in League Two, will now host Jose Mourinho's star-studded team.
Fellow fourth-tier side Newport County have also been handed a stiff test with a home tie against Tottenham Hotspur, while Mansfield Town will face the Premier League leaders, Manchester City, if they can find a way past Cardiff in a third-round replay.
Chelsea will play Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge if they can defeat Norwich City in a replay, while Liverpool will host fellow top-flight side West Brom.
After knocking out the holders, Arsenal, Nottingham Forest face a trip to Hull City.
