Petr Cech had been given the nod ahead Thibaut Courtois to start in goal for Chelsea in today's Capital One Cup final against Tottenham at Wembley Stadium.

Kurt Zouma has been bumped up the field to play in midfield for Jose Mourinho, with the usual holding midfielder Nemanja Matic serving the first of his two-game suspension.

Meanwhile, Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino made six changes as Kyle Walker, Danny Rose and Eric Dier came into the back four.

Ryan Mason was handed a start at Wembley ahead of Benjamin Stambouli, who started in Fiorentina on Thursday, while Harry Kane replaced Roberto Soldado and Andros Townsend was reintroduced on the wing as Erik Lamela lost his starting spot.

Chelsea: Cech; Ivanovic, Zouma, Terry, Azpilicueta; Ramires, Cahill, Fabregas; Willian, Diego Costa, Hazard.

Subs: Courtois, Filipe Luis, Ake, Oscar, Cuadrado, Drogba and Remy.

Tottenham: Lloris; Walker, Dier, Vertonghen, Rose; Bentaleb, Mason; Chadli, Eriksen, Townsend; Kane.

Subs: Vorm, Davies, Fazio, Dembele, Stambouli, Lamela, Soldado
