This election is still a dead heat, according to most polls. In a fight with such wafer-thin margins, we need reporters on the ground talking to the people Trump and Harris are courting. Your support allows us to keep sending journalists to the story.

John Arne Riise will make his Fulham debut this evening in the Europa League home match with Crusaders.

"I've settled in really well," Riise said. "I knew about the club before I arrived through my brother, Bjorn. I'm really enjoying it and training has been really good."

Fulham have signed 23-year-old Czech midfielder Marcel Gecov from Slovan Liberec for an undisclosed fee.
