Juan Mata, who was suspended for Sunday’s 1-1 home FA Cup sixth round draw against West Ham United, returns to the side to play behind young striker Marcus Rashford.
The Spain international replaces compatriot Ander Herrera, who is not named among the substitutes.
Liverpool make one change to the side which picked up a deserved 2-0 win in the first leg at Anfield, with the injured Alberto Moreno dropping out for James Milner.
Milner, who missed the first leg with an illness, returns to fill in as a make-shift right-back and will be tasked with containing Anthony Martial.
Jurgen Klopp has kept faith in the offensive front-four of Adam Lallana, Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Fimrino and Daniel Sturridge.
