Pep Guardiola’s side, following Saturday’s 3-1 win over Everton, have won their last four games in all competitions, scoring 17 goals in the process.
And they will expect to add more against Dinamo Zagreb, who began their Champions League campaign with an impressive 4-0 win over Serie A side Atalanta but head into this one as clear underdogs.
City will expect another commanding victory to assert themselves at the top of the early standings.

Prediction
Dinamo Zagreb have started the season well, but City should have far too much for their Croatian opposition.
Even with question marks over their defence – given the absence of Laporte and Stones – the Premier League champions are likely to simply be too quick and too clinical in attack for the visitors.
Nenad Bjelica’s side will not make it easy, but expect another comfortable victory for Guardiola’s free-scoring City.
City 4-1 Dinamo Zagreb
When is it?
Kick off at the Etihad Stadium is at 8pm (BST) on Tuesday October 1.
How can I watch it?
The match will be broadcast live on BT Sport, with coverage starting at 7:15pm.
Team News
City will again be without defenders Aymeric Laporte and John Stones, so Fernandinho is likely to continue deputising at centre-back. Long-term absentee Leroy Sane remains sidelined by injury, too. Guardiola may opt to rest the influential Kevin De Bruyne, who added his eighth Premier League of the season against Everton on Saturday.
Dinamo Zagreb have relatively few injury concerns, and could name an unchanged side from the weekend’s 4-0 win over NK Lokomotiva. Mislav Orsic is the danger man for the visitors, having scored five goals in his last four appearances.
Predicted Line-ups

Dinamo Zagreb: Livakovic; Stojanovic, Theophile-Catherine, Peric, Leovac, Moro, Ademi, Orsic, Kadzior, Olmo, Petkovic
Odds
