Roberto Firmino has recovered from his illness in time to start for Liverpool against Bayern Munich in the Champions League last-16 first leg.
Firmino trained alone on Monday after contracting a virus but later linked up with Jurgen Klopp's squad and leads Liverpool's attack at Anfield.
Dejan Lovren has lost his battle to recover from a hamstring injury in time, however, meaning that midfielder Fabinho lines up in the centre of defence alongside Joel Matip.
Bayern are without Leon Goretzka, who has been ruled out with an ankle injury. Javi Martinez starts alongside Thiago Alcantara in the centre of midfield.
Niko Kovac has also called upon James Rodriguez, who will play in the No 10 role off Robert Lewandowski.
