Although they know they are already into the knock-out stage, the Gers will be hoping for three more points to guarantee themselves top spot ahead of Benfica, whose result they must match on the night.
Steven Gerrard’s side have not lost in the Premiership or Europa League so far this season and beat Poznan 1-0 earlier in the group.
