Arsenal failed to gain Champions League qualification after being beaten 4-1 by Chelsea in the Europa League final.

Eden Hazard and former Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud ran the show as Maurizio Sarri's side scored three quick goals after half-time before the Belgian winger added a second following Alex Iwobi's reply for Arsenal.

Giroud opened the scoring with a fine header from a low cross and Pedro quickly doubled their lead.

Hazard, who is likely to leave Chelsea this summer turned on the style and added two either side of Iwobi's strike.

Arsenal were second best for most of the match and often struggled to get close to the Chelsea goal.
