Samuel Eto'o claims he is focused on team glory with Barcelona rather than individual honours, after what he has described as his best season at the Camp Nou.
The club's 30-goal top scorer pledged his future to the Catalan side on Thursday following reported interest from Manchester City.
But ahead of Saturday's crunch title showdown with Real Madrid at the Bernabeu, the Cameroon striker is determined to help Barca reclaim the La Liga title from their bitter rivals.
Eto'o is currently involved in a right race with Valencia's David Villa to become the league's top scorer, but at the moment personal accolades mean little to the striker.
"I would give away all my goals to snatch the title away from Madrid," he said.
"Neither the Pichichi nor the Golden Shoe is an obsession for me. If that was the case, I'd be playing against my team-mates.
"This year has been the best in the five seasons I've been here at Barca. Above all else, I am enjoying myself. After two injuries, I'm still scoring goals but now, I feel important again.
"We go to the Bernabeu with a four-point margin but they (Madrid) are convinced that we will leave with just a one-point advantage. But I wouldn't write us off."
Meanwhile, Arjen Robben could made a shock return to the Real Madrid squad for Saturday's El Clasico showdown with Barca at the Bernabeu.
The injury-plagued Netherlands winger was believed to be struggling with a leg muscle injury after limping out of the 3-2 victory over Getafe two weeks ago.
Initial reports had suggested the fragile midfielder could miss the rest of the season with the problem.
However, the former Chelsea wideman resumed training on Thursday and could be included in the squad to face Barcelona.
"The player has completely recovered from the Grade 1 fibrilar tear he had on his right leg's triceps," revealed a club medical report.
Real defender Marcelo believes interim manager Juande Ramos should be retained for next season.
The former Sevilla and Tottenham coach replaced Bernd Schuster in the Bernabeu hot-seat in December.
Real have won 17 and drawn one of their 18 league games under Ramos and Marcelo believes he is the reason why they are entering the final month of the season with a genuine chance of winning La Liga.
"Without hesitation and it goes without saying why," said the Brazil wing-back.
"His arrival was a turning point, we are 18 games without losing. He has given us much encouragement and confidence."
