From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. It’s a big game for...

Josh Onomah: Tottenham's European fixtures this season have provided the 18-year-old midfielder with a number of first-team opportunities which he has grasped with both hands.

Having recently signed a deal to remain at the club until 2020, the England U19 international has every chance of emulating the likes of Harry Kane and Ryan Mason by making a transition to the senior squad.

A confident dribbler with the ball at pace with an exceptional passing range, Onomah could prove a real menace in the heart of the Spurs attack if selected.

Best stat

Dortmund have kept a clean sheet in eight out of 11 matches in all competitions.

Remember when...

Spurs won the Feyenoord Jubilee Tournament with a comfortable 3-0 victory with goals coming from Darren Bent, Giovanni dos Santos and Jamie O'Hara.

Player to watch

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: The Gabon striker and 2015 African Player of the Year has been in breathtaking form in the German Bundesliga, notching up 22 goals this season.

His exploits have not gone unnoticed as several major European clubs are heavily rumoured to be interested in obtaining his services.

His blistering pace and excellent acceleration will be a constant nightmare for the Spurs defence if they do not find a way to stop him.
