Cristiano Ronaldo has always been arrogant and vain - the personality traits are a huge part of what makes him such a dominant player.

But the Real Madrid superstar may have taken it one step too far, if the comments from a member of Madrid's wax museum are to be believed.

Gonzalo Presa, who works as the communication director at the Museo de Cera, told a radio show that Ronaldo sends his own hair stylist along once a month to ensure his likeness was perfect.

"Cristiano told us to be sure his figure was perfect," Presa told Cadena Ser Catalunya.

"He sent his own hairstylist to brush his figure once a month. Cristiano's hair is natural. It is not a wig and it comes from India."

The waxwork of Ronaldo, who has his own museum of himself in Portugal, has been on display at the Museum since December 2013.
