Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has dropped Eden Hazard to the bench for the Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev.

The Belgian, who has been reported to be unhappy at the club, was taken off after less than an hour in the defeat against Liverpool and has had a miserable season, with no goals at all this season.

Chelsea have a must-win game against Stoke City at the weekend and Mourinho could well be resting the winger.

Cesc Fabregas, who rubbished claims he was leading a dressing room revolt against Mourinho, is restored to the starting team after he was named to the bench on Saturday.

Under-pressure Jose Mourinho makes two other changes with Baba Rahman coming in for Gary Cahill - Cesar Azpilicueta switches to right-back and Kurt Zouma into the middle - with Nemanja Matic replacing John Obi Mikel in midfield.

CHELSEA: Begovic, Azpilicueta, Zouma, Terry, Baba Rahman, Ramires, Matic, Willian, Fabregas, Oscar, Diego Costa.

SUBS: Blackman, Cahill, Loftus-Cheek, Kenedy, Hazard, Pedro, Remy.
