Substitutes Andre Schurrle and Demba Ba netted to complete a superb comeback for Chelsea and secure their progression in this season's Champions League with an away goals victory over Paris Saint Germain.

Eden Hazard limped off with just 20 minutes of the game gone and was replaced by Schurrle who gave Stamford Bridge the lift it needed when he swept home Branislav Ivanovic's long throw via a flick from David Luiz.

In the second half, Chelsea pressed for the second goal that would see them through. Schurrle unleashed a powerful drive that smashed the bar before Oscar too hit the woodwork with a delightful free-kick.

But it was another substitute that gave the Blues the all important goal to send them through. Demba Ba, on for Frank Lampard, bundled home a deflected shot with just minutes remaining to book their place the semi-finals.

PSG had little going forward but Edinson Cavani nearly put the game beyond Chelsea before Ba's vital strike but he shot over when through on goal.

So, on a great night for Jose Mourinho's men, who was the pick of the bunch?
