Alex Iwobi has been accused of performing the "worst dive ever" in a bid to get Arsenal back into their Champions League tie with Barcelona.

An early goal scored by Neymar for Barcelona meant Arsenal required three goals if they were to advance to the quarter-final stage of the tournament.

But that doesn't excuse the actions of Iwobi, a surprise starter at the Nou Camp, when he went down in the Barcelona penalty area.

Despite replays clearly showing the Nigeria international had tripped himself up, Iwobi still appealed for a penalty to be given. Rightfully, the claims were waved away.
