Crystal Palace vs Liverpool LIVE score: Premier League result and reaction
Crystal Palace 0-0 Liverpool: Jurgen Klopp’s Reds endured a frustrating evening in London as they failed to break down Palace
Liverpool completed a difficult week with a frustrating 0-0 draw at Crystal Palace that did little to enhance their prospects of finishing in the Premier League’s top four.
Thrashed 5-2 at home by Real Madrid in the Champions League on Tuesday, Jurgen Klopp’s side laboured against a Palace side who well deserved their point.
Liverpool moved up a place to seventh in the table, six points behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur. Without a win in eight league games, Palace are 12th, six points above the relegation zone.
Mohamed Salah hit the woodwork for Liverpool in the second half but Palace had two gilt-edged chances in the first period with Marc Guehi heading wide and Jean-Philippe Mateta firing a shot against the crossbar.

Jurgen Klopp makes four changes from their defeat to Madrid last time out. Matip, Keita, Milner and Jota, who makes his first start since October, are all brought in. Fabinho and Bajcetic drop to the bench, while Joe Gomez and Darwin Nunez both miss out through injury.

Patrick Vieira sticks with the same starting line-up that so nearly beat Brentford last weekend. Mitchell is fit enough to retain his place after being forced off by an ankle injury in that game. Ward is back on the bench after overcoming a calf problem.
