Brighton are yet to have a shot on target so it is easy to see where they need to improve. Start testing Petrovic. Chelsea have seen Nkunku come on for Mudryk and it will be interesting to see how he fairs on the right side of this attack in the second half, can he make up for lost time?

What a thrilling opening half, Palmer is the difference like he so often is for this Chelsea side. His swooping header put Chelsea ahead, but they may of felt like they should of had a penalty before that. Cucurella was taken down by Bounanotte in the box but VAR intervened and saved Brighton. They hit the crossbar late on through Pedro and it has set the second half up perfectly.

PEDRO IS DENIED BY THE BAR! Lamptey clips the ball to Pedro and he crashes a header off the crossbar. It was a powerful effort but the bar stops the Brazilian.
